Junior Project Manager – Power Grid Projects

Location: Office/site only in Espoo, Finland; Oslo, Norway; or Västerås, Sweden

What you will do

• Manage assigned power grid projects according to project management standards and governance processes.
• Support projects from planning and kick-off through completion and customer handover.
• Coordinate customers, engineering teams, factories, suppliers, external partners, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project plans, milestones, budgets, KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
• Act as a customer contact for project activities and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote safety and quality in project activities and contribute to a Zero Harm culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Some experience in project management, project coordination, engineering, commissioning, construction, or a comparable technical project environment.
• Interest in electrical infrastructure, substations, switchgear, transformers, power systems, or the energy sector.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and activities.
• Fluent English and at least one Scandinavian language, written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn and take increasing ownership of complex technical projects.
