Maintenance Manager (Power Plant)

Location: Taoyuan, Taiwan; onsite at a combined cycle power plant

What you will do

• Lead and oversee maintenance activities for a combined cycle power plant.
• Manage O&M maintenance personnel and external contractors during repairs, inspections, and commissioning.
• Develop, review, and improve preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, and checklists.
• Work with Operations to implement advanced maintenance, diagnostic, preventive, and predictive maintenance solutions.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for trips, blackouts, failed starts, and other unplanned events.
• Coach and develop team members while building a capable maintenance organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, ideally in power plant service and maintenance.
• Proven leadership experience in a managerial role with strong people management and communication skills.
• Very good written and spoken English and Mandarin are required.
• Ensure compliance with local environmental laws, regulations, and applicable standards.
