Senior Construction Engineer (Electrical)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; onsite role with required travel

hirify.global operates ecommerce and delivery services in Taiwan, including Rocket Delivery and Rocket Overseas, and is expanding its logistics operations.

What you will do

• Review electrical designs for logistics centers, including specifications, system capacity, and code compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, verify electrical installations, review major equipment specifications, and prepare punch lists.
• Manage electrical issues, develop improvement plans for power capacity shortages, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Establish electrical specification standards for prospective logistics warehouse properties.
• Manage electrical engineering for new logistics warehouse development projects and support operational maintenance issues.
• Perform physical due diligence covering electrical systems, fire alarms, and electrical fire protection.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in construction, design, construction management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and facilities in commercial or industrial buildings.
• Ability to manage and supervise specialized electrical contractors and vendors.
• Strong understanding of construction management processes and practices.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
