SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant (S/4HANA Rollout)

Location: Warsaw, Poland. The role requires travel for at least 50% of the assignment, including 10–12 weeks over a 6–9 month rollout.

What you will do

• Join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout for a leading manufacturing client.
• Deliver SAP Controlling solutions across organization structure, master data, cost and profit center accounting, product costing, profitability analysis, and internal orders.
• Support Fit-to-Template and Explore phases during the rollout.
• Design solutions in the S/4HANA environment based on customer business requirements.
• Manage data migration concepts for Controlling master data and transaction objects using standard SAP toolsets.
• Act as a Template Defender and communicate solutions with project stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with in-depth SAP Controlling knowledge.
• Strong understanding of controlling processes and integration with other core SAP modules.
• Experience with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation across the full lifecycle.
• Experience with at least one SAP S/4HANA rollout, including Fit-to-Template and Explore phases.
• Experience with SAP data migration concepts for Controlling master data and transaction objects.
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
