Relationship Manager (Fintech)

Location: Sofia, Sofia City Province, Bulgaria; hybrid workplace

Salary: EUR 29,000–36,000 gross annually

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients.
• Understand client needs and develop plans to address them.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
• Resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a relationship manager within the payments or fintech industry.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management practices.
• Knowledge of payment processing, digital payments, card schemes, and industry regulations.
• Experience in sales or client service.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and prioritization skills.
• Business Administration or related bachelor's degree and excellent written and verbal English.
