SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant (S/4HANA Rollout)

Location: Warsaw, Poland. The role requires at least 50% travel, including approximately 10–12 weeks over a 6–9 month rollout. In-person collaboration is prioritized.

What you will do

• Join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout for a leading manufacturing client.
• Design and deliver SAP Materials Management solutions aligned with specific business requirements.
• Support procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, and integration with core SAP modules.
• Participate in fit-to-template and explore phases and act as a Template Defender.
• Support data migration using standard SAP tools for master data and transaction objects.
• Contribute across the project lifecycle, from bid activities through project completion.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with in-depth SAP Materials Management knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management or Stock Room Management, including inbound, outbound, and internal processes.
• Experience with purchasing, warehouse processes, integration with core SAP modules, and IDOCs for orders, ASNs, receipts, and despatches.
• At least one SAP end-to-end implementation completed across the full lifecycle.
• At least one SAP S/4HANA rollout, including fit-to-template or explore phase experience.
• Strong communication and assertiveness for defending the global template.
