Enterprise Program Manager (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid, with work from home or a global office

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of hospitality solutions, including Business Intelligence dashboards, for major global clients.
• Manage the full portfolio of projects and programs across enterprise accounts, ensuring timely delivery and business outcomes.
• Establish program governance and align stakeholders ranging from individual hotel properties to C-level executives.
• Create project documentation covering timelines, activities, dependencies, and risks using task management tools.
• Coordinate between clients and internal Product and Engineering teams, capturing custom requirements and managing delivery timelines.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through project plans, status calls, and actionable feedback for internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience in program or project management for enterprise or global accounts.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality, hotel management structures, chain operations, and the OTA environment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and execution.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging C-level executives.
• Technical understanding of data solutions and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously across time zones, primarily collaborating with APAC and AMER teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, especially product rollouts or integrations.
• Additional hospitality market knowledge.
• Revenue Management experience in the hospitality sector.
