TL;DR
Senior IT Support Engineer (MDM/Corporate IT): Supporting office infrastructure, employee devices, access systems, and remote users with an accent on MDM administration, network troubleshooting, asset management, and endpoint support. Focus on configuring corporate networks, managing credentials and group policies, and resolving hardware and software issues across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.

Location: Ukraine; remote or on-site work is available.

What you will do

  • Set up and support the corporate office network.
  • Maintain office computers and equipment across macOS and Windows environments.
  • Manage company assets and inventory systems.
  • Provide technical support to office-based and remote employees.
  • Administer MDM solutions, credentials, group policies, and access rights.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with MDM solutions, deployment tools, ticketing systems, wikis, and inventory systems.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN technologies.
  • Administrator-level experience with macOS and Windows, plus basic Linux knowledge.
  • Basic experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, software troubleshooting, and modular hardware repair.
  • English at B1 level.
