Junior IT Engineer

Location: Poznań, Poland; hybrid work combining the Poznań office with remote work

Salary: 5,500–7,000 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Maintain IT systems and support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and resolve technical problems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve technology processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Monitor systems and report potential IT security risks.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues both onsite and remotely.
• Willingness to learn and develop IT competencies.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• English at B2 level and Polish at C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of computer networking.
• Basic scripting skills.
