Team Lead Research DACH (B2B Focus) (m/f/d)

Location: London, England, United Kingdom. The company is remote-first, and employees based in the EU may work outside their country of residence for up to 180 days per year.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Researchers working on quantitative B2B and B2C research projects.
• Build B2B feasibility routines, screening protocols, sampling strategies, pricing guardrails, and scalable operating processes.
• Collaborate with international Research Leadership teams to establish DACH as a blueprint for global B2B expansion.
• Advise consultancy and corporate clients on survey design, recruitment logic, and feasibility for hard-to-reach professional audiences.
• Interpret research results and present actionable recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive quantitative market research experience focused on B2B target groups and professional decision-makers.
• Hands-on experience designing studies, writing questionnaires, and delivering projects such as U&A, pricing studies, concept testing, and target group analysis.
• Proven leadership experience with high-performing teams, including turnaround or fast-scale-up environments.
• German at C2 level and English proficiency required.
• Strategic, commercially minded, cooperative, resilient, and caring approach.
• Experience creating scalable frameworks, guardrails, and operational processes from the ground up.
