Senior MS Dynamics Business Central Developer (AI)

Location: Munich, Germany. Permanent hybrid role with ideally three office days per week.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central using AL.
• Lead Business Central technical architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and business alignment.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions with functional consultants and stakeholders.
• Optimize and maintain Business Central environments, ensuring high availability and reliable system integrations.
• Develop integrations across the IT portfolio using APIs, web services, Power Platform, and modern integration tools.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and evaluate new Business Central features, Azure services, AI-powered tools, and development technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Deep expertise in AL programming, Visual Studio Code, and Business Central development frameworks.
• Experience delivering scalable technical solutions for complex business processes.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, Power Platform, and modern integration techniques.
• Strong problem-solving, performance optimization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and availability to work in the Munich hybrid setup are required.
