Associate Consultant (AI)

Base salary: €25,000–€100,000 per year, with a potential discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Build, implement, and deploy custom process-centric business applications using hirify.global’s low-code platform.
• Analyze client strategies and operations to design technical solutions for complex workflow inefficiencies.
• Apply design thinking to create functional prototypes and map end-to-end business models.
• Integrate enterprise applications with business intelligence and knowledge management capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver consulting projects.
• Travel up to 10% annually to support customer engagements.

Requirements

• Fluent English and German language skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, economics, mathematics, or a related technical or analytical field.
• Fundamental knowledge of computer systems or programming logic, or a demonstrated interest in emerging software technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems, interpret organizational strategies, and translate them into process workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client-facing work.
• Prior professional, academic, internship, research, capstone, or part-time/full-time experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Fluency in AI and large language models, including AI platform development and practical AI tool usage.
• Leadership experience in student organizations, clubs, or team-based activities.
