Senior MS Dynamics Business Central Developer (m/f/d) (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid setup with 2 office days per week

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement customisations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central using AL.
• Lead the technical architecture of Business Central, focusing on scalability, performance, and business alignment.
• Translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions in collaboration with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
• Optimise and maintain Business Central environments to ensure high availability and reliable system integration.
• Develop and maintain integrations across the IT landscape using APIs, web services, Power Platform, and modern integration tools.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and evaluate Azure services, Business Central features, and development tools to improve automation and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Deep expertise in AL programming, Visual Studio Code, and Business Central development frameworks.
• Experience delivering scalable technical solutions for complex business processes.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, Power Platform, and modern integration techniques.
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools and services to enhance ERP functionality.
• Fluent English and strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
