Quality Transport Manager for General Cargo Operations (F/H)

What you will do

• Develop and steer the long-term quality strategy and roadmaps for General Cargo operations.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain the Quality Management System in line with internal requirements and regulations.
• Act as a quality authority for 4PL, 3PL, and transport service providers.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action plans.
• Conduct supplier audits and spot assessments at cross-docking platforms and carriers.
• Transform operational data into KPI dashboards and present performance and risk reports to management.

Requirements

• Proven quality management experience in transport, logistics, or aeronautics.
• Strong knowledge of quality management and non-conformance management.
• Experience with root cause analysis, including 5 Whys and Ishikawa methodologies.
• Experience with operational data analysis, KPI definition, and performance dashboards.
• Ability to lead multifunctional teams in an international and decentralized environment.
• Ability to work in the Toulouse, France area.
