D2C Operations Specialist (CDD) (E-commerce/Retail Operations): Managing and improving D2C operational flows across e-commerce and retail in the EMEA region with an accent on issue resolution, partner coordination, performance monitoring, and process guidelines. Focus on analyzing operational blockers, coordinating corrective actions across IT, supply chain, transport, finance, and customer service, and validating new processes and systems.

is a mountain sports brand within Amer Sports, designing and selling footwear, apparel, and equipment through e-commerce and retail channels.
What you will do
- Monitor and evaluate D2C operations across e-commerce and retail for the EMEA region.
- Analyze operational issues, initiate corrective actions, and follow up with relevant departments through resolution.
- Anticipate operational blockers and communicate proactively to prevent disruption.
- Build working relationships with external customer operations specialists and train partners on systems and processes.
- Create operational guidelines, action points, and performance indicators based on collected data.
- Collaborate with customer service, payment providers, transporters, digital platforms, IT, and distribution centers on projects, change requests, and process or system testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Bac+3 in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or e-commerce back-office management.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to address internal and external client needs.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with back-office tools.
- Fluent English required.
