Project Product Owner - Global AI Transformation (Conversational AI)

What you will do

• Lead the global AI transformation program for conversational chat products and align initiatives with the AI strategy.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and compliant AI use cases with measurable value.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation across business, legal, technology, product, platform, and program teams.
• Evaluate and pilot new product features and technologies with partners such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Manage implementation plans, dependencies, stakeholders, risks, critical paths, and business impact.
• Advise business and technology leaders by translating technical innovation into customer and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology or engineering, including at least 5 years leading transformation with data or AI technologies.
• Proven experience leading projects or teams in technically complex environments.
• Strong expertise in data and AI solutions, including integration architectures, data flows, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
