Bilingual Customer Traveling Trainer (Automotive)

Location: Montreal, QC, Canada; extensive travel to customer dealership sites and travel to the United States for company-paid training may be required

Salary: $55,000 per year

What you will do

• Travel to dealership sites individually and with a team, spending approximately 75–85% of the time on-site.
• Prepare for installations using company equipment and support virtual work from a home office.
• Meet with dealership management to understand business needs and configure suitable solutions.
• Train customer personnel on software products and provide implementation support.
• Diagnose, resolve, and escalate customer issues while communicating with internal groups.
• Submit reports, provide weekly updates, prioritize workloads, and share knowledge with team members.

Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including travel to the United States for company-paid training when required.
• College diploma or university degree.
• Perfectly bilingual in French and English to communicate with clients outside Quebec.
• Ability to problem-solve and train customers on software products.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
