Entry Level Customer Training Specialist (Automotive Software)

Location: Nashville, TN, with approximately 80% travel to customer dealership sites and remote work from a home office between trips.

Salary: $50,000–$52,000 per year.

What you will do

• Install and convert dealership software for customers, working independently and with a team.
• Meet with dealership management to understand operational and software needs.
• Customize the system and train key dealership personnel.
• Provide customer support, follow up with recently installed customers, and prepare for future implementations.
• Assist experienced representatives with customer setup and implementation during training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an outgoing, friendly personality.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
