SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant (S/4HANA Rollout)

Location: Warsaw, Poland. The role includes at least 50% travel, equal to 10–12 weeks over a 6–9 month rollout.

What you will do

• Contribute to a large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout for a manufacturing client.
• Configure and deliver SAP Production Planning solutions for discrete manufacturing scenarios.
• Provide S/4HANA solutions aligned with customer-specific business requirements.
• Conduct fit-to-template and explore phases across the rollout lifecycle.
• Support data migration for Controlling master data and transaction objects using standard SAP tools.
• Act as a template defender and integrate production processes with SAP FICO, WM, MM, and related systems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with in-depth SAP Production Planning knowledge.
• Experience with organizational structures, master data, production planning and execution, Kanban, and graphical planning boards.
• Strong understanding of production business processes and integration with SAP FICO, WM, and MM.
• At least one end-to-end SAP implementation and one SAP S/4HANA rollout, including fit-to-template or explore phases.
• Experience with data migration concepts and standard SAP toolsets.
• Strong communication and assertiveness, with willingness to travel at least 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating SAP with MES solutions.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Planning and Control (LMPC).
