hirify.global is hiring for a legal support role focused on external counsel billing and legal administration.

What you will do

  • Manage the legal invoice system, including law firm onboarding, matter ID creation, and reporting.
  • Receive, log, track, and review invoices from external legal counsel and service providers.
  • Check invoices for accuracy, completeness, billing-term compliance, duplicate charges, and supporting documentation.
  • Route invoices for legal and business approval and submit approved invoices to finance/accounts payable.
  • Monitor approvals, rejected invoices, payment queries, and outstanding invoice statuses.
  • Coordinate billing matters between the legal department, finance/accounts payable, and external counsel, while supporting ad hoc legal administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, commerce, data analytics, or a related subject.
  • Previous experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or in an equivalent role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues across multiple regions.
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
