What you will do

• Represent premier local and national employers in labor and employment matters.
• Perform legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Draft agency position statements and counsel clients on employment-law matters.
• Work extensively with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Must be licensed to practice law and remain in good standing in North Carolina.
• At least 2 years of employment litigation experience.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
