Senior Manager, People AI Products & Agents (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office; office bases in Osterley or Livingston, UK. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. hirify.global does not offer visa sponsorship for this position.

What you will do

• Lead the People AI Product Portfolio, overseeing demand, opportunities, products, initiatives, delivery activity and realised value.
• Define intake, discovery, evaluation, prioritisation and governance processes for AI opportunities and investment decisions.
• Lead product operations for the Enterprise Agent Central Hub, including roadmaps, backlogs, lifecycle management, performance and operational readiness.
• Partner with Group AI, Technology, corporate domain leads and employee experience teams to evolve enterprise agent standards, tooling, governance, risk management and journeys.
• Sponsor discovery and functional design for AI-enabled People products, evaluate implementation approaches, and approve suitable pilots and proofs of concept.
• Lead a specialist team and People AI Community of Practice while driving adoption, optimisation and value realisation.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading digital products, AI-enabled capabilities, technology portfolios or transformation initiatives in a large, complex organisation.
• Experience managing demand, prioritisation and delivery across multiple products or initiatives.
• Strong understanding of product, service design or portfolio management disciplines.
• Experience translating business challenges into scalable technology-enabled solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, facilitation, analytical and problem-solving skills in a matrix organisation.
• Ability to operate strategically and operationally and explain complex technology or AI concepts through clear business recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Enterprise Agents or intelligent automation.
• Experience with HR Technology platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow or Cornerstone.
• Experience with AI adoption, governance, value realisation or responsible AI.
• Experience in product-led, agile or platform-based environments and portfolio governance.
• Knowledge of employee experience, service design, KPI frameworks or product performance dashboards.
