Growth Specialist (Digital Marketing)

What you will do

• Manage and optimize SEO and SEA initiatives, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Develop landing pages, calls to action, ad copy, nurture emails, and other growth assets.
• Build and manage email marketing flows, including automations, drip campaigns, transactional emails, and mass communications.
• Run social media campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
• Track conversions, ROI, and marketing metrics; test and iterate based on data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Design, and Leadership to improve lead quality and maintain consistent brand messaging.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, growth, performance channels, SEO, SEA, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Figma.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, strategic, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Pragmatic approach with the ability to prioritize, use available tools, and turn insights into action.

• Familiarity with Zapier.
