Senior Growth Manager (Cloud Intelligence)

Location: Remote EMEA, based remotely in Central & Eastern Europe

What you will do

• Own and scale paid digital acquisition across LinkedIn, Reddit, Google, and other key channels.
• Manage campaign structure, targeting, performance, and conversion into qualified leads and sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute the Account-Based Marketing strategy.
• Manage paid media agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize the use of Marketing Development Funds with global, regional, and cloud-provider teams.
• Track campaign and ABM performance, develop assets with internal teams and vendors, and align growth initiatives with revenue goals.

Requirements

• Fluent English
• 5+ years of experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies.
• Strong B2B digital marketing and ABM experience, especially in paid acquisition.
• Experience launching and optimizing advertising campaigns that generate sales opportunities and revenue.
• Experience managing annual marketing budgets exceeding $1M.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
