What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain core APIs and backend services.
• Own the operations and monitoring of production systems.
• Integrate third-party systems and APIs into the platform.
• Identify best practices and suggest standards for the entire engineering department.
• Mentor junior colleagues and onboard new joiners.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and building scalable backend services in production.
• Strong proficiency in Go and deep understanding of distributed systems.
• Well-versed in SQL and relational database design.
• Based in a European time zone with a valid right to work in Europe.
• English: C1 (excellent skills) required.
• General knowledge of frontend development to perform basic tasks in apps.
