Senior Backend Golang Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Golang backend services, RESTful APIs, and stable data contracts.
• Build asynchronous, event-driven communication with reliable messaging, idempotency, error handling, and backward compatibility.
• Develop distributed systems and microservices focused on scalability, resilience, maintainability, and production performance.
• Design secure APIs and integrations using authentication, authorization, and identity-management best practices.
• Build integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Genesys Cloud, and other enterprise platforms.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong experience building backend applications and services with Golang, including concurrency and asynchronous workflows.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers such as Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with AWS, cloud-native architectures, microservices, distributed systems, and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, secure API design, and authentication and authorization.
• Commitment to automated unit and integration testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, TypeScript, and Protobuf.
• Experience with Azure or GCP.
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar observability tools.
• Experience with Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, or similar identity and access management solutions.
