Senior Backend Golang Engineer (Golang)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Golang backend services, RESTful APIs, and stable data contracts.
• Build asynchronous, event-driven communication with reliable messaging, idempotency, error handling, and backward compatibility.
• Develop distributed systems and microservices focused on scalability, resilience, maintainability, and resource efficiency.
• Secure APIs and service integrations through authentication, authorization, and identity management best practices.
• Integrate internal services with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Genesys Cloud, and other enterprise platforms.
• Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical improvements across the engineering team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience developing backend applications and services with Golang, including concurrency and asynchronous workflows.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with AWS, cloud-native architectures, microservices, distributed systems, and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, secure API design, authentication, authorization, and identity management.
• Strong commitment to automated unit and integration testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, TypeScript, Protobuf, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, or other monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience with Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, or similar identity and access management solutions.
