System Administrator (VMware/Windows Server)

What you will do

• Manage systems data and provide day-to-day operational solutions for client environments.
• Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Windows Server platforms.
• Design, implement, and manage hybrid cloud environments integrating on-premises infrastructure with public cloud services.
• Maintain system stability, performance, security, and operational excellence across complex IT infrastructures.
• Oversee assignment queues, prioritize tickets, and coordinate directly with technicians and stakeholders.
• Recommend modernization options and identify opportunities to improve client environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in systems administration within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V implementation, administration, and optimization.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, including Windows Server Failover Clustering.
• Experience with hybrid cloud architecture and integration of on-premises infrastructure with public cloud services.
• Ability to maintain infrastructure stability, performance, security, and operational excellence.
• Customer focus, a growth mindset, and an inclusive, collaborative working style.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerShell, Terraform, infrastructure automation, or Infrastructure-as-Code technologies.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, security best practices, and remediation methods.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, identity management, and directory services administration.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, enterprise IT operations, and service management practices.
