TL;DR
IT Q360 Engineer (Azure): Deploying and supporting Azure IaaS/PaaS workloads, including virtual machines, SQL databases, Application Gateways, and Front Door configurations, with an accent on cloud operations, security hardening, monitoring, and customer support. Focus on diagnosing critical infrastructure issues, implementing Azure security baselines, estimating service costs, and coordinating resolutions with service owners and vendors.
Location: Hybrid role in Athens, Greece

What you will do
- Deploy, maintain, and support Azure IaaS/PaaS workloads, including virtual machines and SQL databases.
- Administer and troubleshoot Azure Application Gateway and Front Door configurations.
- Implement GPO-based security hardening and baseline configurations for Azure workloads.
- Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve customer-critical technical issues, providing workarounds or escalating them to service owners.
- Support Azure presales cost estimation and coordinate problem resolution with vendors and internal departments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Azure cloud platform, including deployment and maintenance.
- Experience with Azure IaaS/PaaS, Application Gateways, Front Door, cloud and hybrid infrastructure connectivity, and Internet protocols.
- Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory, OU/GPOs, SQL Server, IIS, and PaaS/IaaS database instances.
- Knowledge of monitoring software or full-stack observability platforms.
- Azure Administrator Associate certification (AZ-104) and progress toward at least one additional Azure certification, such as AZ-800/AZ-801, AZ-305, AZ-700, or AZ-500.
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, client-facing experience, and excellent written and verbal English.

- Additional Azure or related certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft RDS Servers, Intune, or SCCM.
