Field Services Technician (Crete)

Location: Irakleio, Crete, Greece; hybrid work combining remote and office-based work, with an option to work from abroad.

What you will do

• Evaluate customer infrastructure and confirm suitable solutions for business customers.
• Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and technical support for business services.
• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SD-WAN and Firewall-as-a-Service environments.
• Operate field automation systems and databases, maintaining accurate service logs and customer records.
• Demonstrate equipment capabilities and basic maintenance procedures to customers.
• Manage service-truck inventory, equipment orders, vehicles, and customer relationships.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical field service support department.
• Technical institution degree and experience managing and preserving technical equipment.
• Strong experience designing, deploying, and optimizing SD-WAN across multi-site and hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands-on expertise with leading SD-WAN platforms and good knowledge of fixed products and ICT services.
• CCNA certification or similar technical training; familiarity with mobile tools, applications, and Microsoft Office.
• Very good written and spoken Greek and English required.
