Dispute Management Specialist with German (fixed-term)

What you will do

• Analyze incoming disputes from issuing banks and make decisions according to Mastercard, Visa, Diners, UnionPay, and JCB rules.
• Inform merchants about disputes and request documentation to refute claims.
• Edit, prepare, and submit accurate dispute documentation to issuing banks within required timelines.
• Advise customers about the dispute process and help prevent complaints.

Requirements

• Business communication skills in Polish, English, and German at B2+ level.
• Excellent attention to detail and a technical approach to handling applications.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal communication skills.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Outlook, and basic Excel.
• Experience in chargebacks, credit-card disputes, or customer service and complaint handling.
