Transfer Agency Representative - Alternatives

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid work with three days per week in the office, or two days for a parent of a child up to four years old

What you will do

• Support the Alternatives Department with investor and client service activities.
• Process client and investor queries within agreed service-level agreements.
• Build and maintain effective relationships across the transfer agency team.
• Follow up promptly with clients and support a strong investor experience.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality work and prepare periodic reporting.
• Identify issues early and escalate them when necessary while following firm policies and procedures.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
