Operations Supervisor - Central Pricing (Fund Accounting)

Location: Kraków, Poland. Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office; 2 office days may apply for a parent of a child up to 4 years.

What you will do

• Supervise specialized processing, exception resolution, reconciliation, and client account activity for fund accounting operations.
• Prepare, review, and approve monthly and quarterly NAV packages and allocations across alternative investment funds and financial instruments.
• Reconcile general ledger transactions and balances with fund statements, loan documents, brokerage statements, and client reporting.
• Work with clients to resolve equalization, IRR, management fee, waterfall, and carry calculations.
• Support audits, regulatory reporting, tax preparation, capital calls, distributions, new business implementations, and conversions.
• Coach and train staff while improving policies, internal controls, procedures, and technology-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in a business-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in alternatives fund accounting, global custody, and/or transfer agency.
• Detailed knowledge of hedge funds, public or private debt funds, private equity, or real estate funds.
• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
