Senior GenAI Engineer (UK)

Location: Remote in the UK

Salary: £80,000–£150,000 per year

What you will do

• Improve existing multi-agent features and design new ones.
• Develop AI features built on the hirify.global computation engine, supporting determinism, auditability, and data visualizations.
• Work across the full stack with frontend, backend, infrastructure, and CI components.
• Build and refine production GenAI capabilities for an actively used business planning product.
• Deliver reliable software with strong test coverage and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, or experience writing production-grade code.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#, Java, Node, or an equivalent language.
• Hands-on experience prompting large language models or implementing Generative AI features.
• Strong problem-solving, independent working, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Product-oriented approach to translating user needs into simple technical solutions.
• Ability to work remotely from the UK.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of recent developments in AI agents.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience building agents with LangGraph.
• Experience building and shipping complex products on top of LLMs.
• Experience building evaluation pipelines.
