What you will do
- Lead and grow the engineering team behind Mo., an intelligent multimodal LLM-based health companion.
- Own hiring, onboarding, feedback, talent development, and team composition.
- Guide the architecture, agentic framework, and technical direction for Mo. as it expands into new capabilities and countries.
- Build the clinic platform connecting conversational AI with practitioner chat, teleconsultation, and care programs.
- Coordinate engineering and medical teams to turn conversations into effective care delivery.
- Drive operational excellence for 24/7 real-time services, including latency, error rates, incident response, and sustainable on-call practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams and building high-performing organizations.
- Experience setting engineering excellence standards and guiding architectural decisions.
- Ability to partner with product functions, shape roadmaps, communicate trade-offs, and align delivery commitments.
- Willingness to remain hands-on by reviewing code and shipping software.
- Comfort with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
- Curiosity, humility, collaboration, continuous learning, and a strong interest in healthcare technology and innovation.
Nice to have
- First-hand experience shipping AI or LLM products to production.
- Previous founder experience.
