Supply Chain Officer (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Act as the focal point for suppliers on operational activities and contract management.
• Manage supply chain and quality performance against on-time, on-quality, and applicable on-cost targets.
• Manage non-conformity containment, inspection plans, recovery plans, and corrective actions.
• Provide forecasts, assess supplier capacity and capability, and support supplier development.
• Identify industrial risks, propose mitigation actions, and lead supplier performance improvement projects.
• Present supplier KPIs and operational performance at MFT meetings and Vendor Review Boards while coordinating with internal customer sites.

Requirements

• Professional experience in supplier management and supply chain operations.
• Experience with supplier quality, contract performance, capacity assessment, and industrial risk management.
• Ability to support root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers on delivery and quality objectives.
• Commitment to ethical and compliant working practices in accordance with the hirify.global Code of Conduct.
