Supply Manager (Aviation)

What you will do

• Act as the main operational interface with suppliers for contract execution and delivery performance.
• Manage material flows, demand, orders, forecasts, missing parts, and supplier recovery plans.
• Coordinate internal task forces, IPLs, MRO, retrofit, and in-service support activities.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery quality, cost, risks, and improvement plans.
• Manage non-conformances, support root-cause analysis, and coordinate export-control activities.
• Ensure supplier invoices are managed and payments are completed on time.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• Experience with supply chain, logistics, or export control is advantageous.
• Experience in aviation aftermarket or services is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
• English at negotiation level and Spanish at advanced level are required.
• Strong communication, risk-management, teamwork, motivation, and proactive working style.
