Supply Chain Officer (Temp Agency)

Location: Sevilla - Tablada, Spain; hybrid work model with 40% per quarter when possible and on-site facilities.

What you will do

• Act as the operational focal point for suppliers and coordinate contract-related activities with internal functions.
• Manage supply chain and quality performance, including on-time and on-quality delivery and applicable cost targets.
• Handle non-conformity containment, customer protection, secondary flows, and supplier inspection planning.
• Provide forecasts, assess supplier capacity and capability, and identify industrial risks with mitigation actions.
• Develop short-term recovery plans and coordinate root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Lead supplier performance improvement projects and establish long-term development targets with suppliers and the Supplier Development Team.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Junior-level experience of 1–3 years.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills, including the ability to coordinate a multifunctional team.
• Advanced English required.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and data analysis experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP MM.
