Supply Officer PIOGO (Aerospace Supply Chain)

Location: Getafe Area, Spain; onsite at the Getafe Plant

What you will do

• Place purchase orders according to purchase requests on behalf of the assigned commodity.
• Manage the full supply lifecycle from demand planning through final delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production, engineering, logistics, planning, quality, and other Airbus sites to ensure timely and compliant material deliveries.
• Manage supplier inventory and order flows until parts are available in stock.
• Assess supply risks, create mitigation plans, and launch corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor KPIs, identify process improvements, and track aerospace supply chain regulations and market trends.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Previous supply chain management experience, preferably in the aerospace or industrial sector.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles, MRP, and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or equivalent, written and spoken.
• Problem-solving, negotiation, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
