What you will do

• Define and execute the global product strategy for the Nuclear Controls portfolio, supporting annual business volume of €100 million.
• Manage long-term product lifecycles for new-build projects and multi-decade service commitments.
• Drive product roadmap decisions, balancing standard development with project-specific customization.
• Oversee compliance with international nuclear standards, licensing requirements, and safety-critical certification processes.
• Support nuclear customers through strategic guidance and requirements engineering while coordinating with engineering, quality, operations, sales, and regulatory stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive Product Management or Engineering experience in the nuclear industry or another highly regulated, safety-critical environment.
• Experience managing large-scale product portfolios and leading cross-functional teams in an international setting.
• Expertise in Product Management and Strategy, Product Lifecycle Management, and the nuclear industry.
• Strong strategic decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-fluent English and German are required.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as Certified Product Manager or Project Management Professional.
• French language skills.
