Warehouse Associate Multiple Shifts (Logistics)

Location: Lebanon, Indiana, United States; onsite warehouse work across multiple shifts, primarily evening shifts. Relocation assistance is not offered.

Salary: $22.80–$27.20 per hour, plus applicable off-shift premiums and overtime at time and a half.

What you will do

• Verify part numbers, locations, quantities, and inventory records using source documents and handheld scanners.
• Unload, sort, put away, pick, pack, and ship parts, materials, and supplies.
• Operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and overhead hoists.
• Follow process flows and detailed instructions for material movement within the warehouse.
• Inspect parts for basic damage and defects, attach labels, and maintain accurate handling-unit information.
• Track shift activities, meet daily targets, maintain attendance, and support safe, continuous warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Lebanon, Indiana, United States.
• Must be able to read, write, and conduct business in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds individually and work in frequently changing temperatures.
• Ability to work on platforms at heights of 26 feet or higher for extended periods.
• Ability to work overtime when required, including potentially mandatory overtime.
• Successful candidates must pass background, drug, and post-offer medical screenings.
