Material Handler I

Location: On-site in Lebanon, New Hampshire, United States. First shift: Monday–Friday, 5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Salary: $16.09–$26.82 per hour. Starting base pay is $21.65 per hour, plus annual profit-sharing with a target 20% bonus.

What you will do

• Handle and refill raw materials, bins, reusable packaging, and packing materials for just-in-time assembly operations.
• Transfer finished goods between production cells and maintain appropriate inventory levels across value streams.
• Perform manufacturing support processes such as bin breakdown and finished-goods packaging using established procedures.
• Complete inventory transactions, daily cycle counts, and scanning audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Apply Lean and 5S principles, support process improvement initiatives, and maintain clean production areas.
• Provide additional assembly or production support as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of experience in a production environment.
• Strong oral and written communication, attention to detail, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Computer skills for Oracle transactions and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to become certified as a forklift operator.
• Availability for on-site first-shift work in Lebanon, New Hampshire, Monday–Friday, 5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle transactions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Thorough understanding of Lean concepts.
• Current forklift license.
