UX Design Associate (AI)

Location: Dallas Frisco AI HUB (FRI), United States

Salary: $63,360–$114,120 per year for the U.S. range; regional ranges may vary. Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead user research and create journey maps that clarify complex human-AI interactions and multi-step agentic reasoning.
• Design dynamic interaction patterns for AI latency, ambiguity, error states, and non-deterministic interfaces.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops and usability tests with clients, creative technologists, AI engineers, developers, and product managers.
• Design human-in-the-loop hand-off moments that build transparency and trust into automated workflows.
• Advocate for accessibility, ethical design, and inclusive AI experiences.
• Communicate design perspectives and insights across the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

Requirements

• Background in UX, experience design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of enterprise or innovation-studio projects.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Experience facilitating co-creation sessions and presenting to clients.
• Experience with AI, agentic AI/UX, data-driven design, and emerging AI assistants such as Figma Make, MiroAI, Adobe Firefly, or Lovable.
• Fluency in Figma, Sketch, or similar prototyping tools, plus experience translating research into delivery with developers and product managers.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
