Business Intelligence & Insights Analyst

Location: Cary, North Carolina, United States; 5 days a week in the office. Relocation assistance is available. Travel is less than 10%.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year.

What you will do

• Generate actionable insights from retail, dealer, customer, and operational performance data.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
• Conduct geospatial and market opportunity analyses to support growth, facility planning, market coverage, and dealer network strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.
• Drive adoption of analytics tools through training, documentation, user support, and best practices.
• Support transformation initiatives through data analysis, measurement frameworks, process improvement, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, economics, statistics, geography, information systems, data science, marketing analytics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, GIS, data visualization, or related disciplines.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, data visualization tools, and large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience with ArcGIS, Esri products, or other GIS platforms.
• Strong business data analysis, research analysis, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Visa sponsorship and ISE are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting dealer, retail, sales, marketing, or customer experience organizations.
• Knowledge of customer journey analytics, channel analytics, or retail performance metrics.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics and automation solutions.
