Analyst, Business Intelligence

Location: Berlin, Connecticut, United States. Hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays; employees must be able to work up to five days in the office when required.

Annual salary: $84,600–$94,000, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Develop analytical solutions, data tools, reports, and processes for business partners across multiple regions and companies.
• Review, analyze, and consolidate data from disparate sources using SQL queries and custom tools.
• Design, prototype, develop, deploy, and support Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into dashboard and reporting solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations, provide input for regulatory filings, and run periodic EPRP/KPI reports.
• Implement data solutions in line with industry best practices and security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of information technology systems and experience creating or managing Power BI reports.
• Experience with Power Query, DAX, SQL, Python, or similar programming skills; SQL experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, solve problems, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Master of Science in Computer Science or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of SAS.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
