Industrial Maintenance Technician IV (PLC/Robotics)

Salary: $26.90–$33.60 per hour

What you will do

• Use preventive maintenance to control machine uptime and downtime.
• Organize and document lockout/tagout procedures.
• Manage oil analysis programs for required equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including three-phase motors.
• Troubleshoot PLC and robotic controls using ladder diagrams and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Install new manufacturing equipment and support safe, reliable operations.

Requirements

• Industrial maintenance degree or equivalent education from a two-year college or technical school, or six years of related experience and training.
• Knowledge of machinery, equipment, tools, electrical systems, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC machines, welding machines, overhead cranes, compressors, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to perform accurate and timely preventive maintenance tasks.
• Must be able to work onsite in Boonville, Missouri.
