Principal Production Planning Specialist (Semiconductor)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; onsite only

What you will do

• Provide supply status against forecast, actual demand, and build strategy while coordinating with supply chain, OSAT manufacturing partners, customer services, and support functions.
• Plan and prepare production and work orders in SAP and manage OSAT operations, including work-in-progress movement, material shortages, backlog resolution, and shipping targets.
• Own delivery commitment and recovery plans, monitor order fulfillment, and negotiate delivery commitments with OSAT partners.
• Coordinate monthly forecasts and create contingency plans to address supply and delivery risks.
• Analyze inventory, manage planning parameters, and improve delivery metrics including on-time delivery, supplier on-time delivery, cycle time, and B2B transaction performance.
• Lead operations meetings, support internal projects, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, engineering, or operations planning.
• More than 10 years of related experience in manufacturing or subcontractor management.
• End-to-end supply chain experience in a similar industry or operating environment.
• Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI; advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, planning, communication, urgency, ownership, and deadline-management skills.
