What you will do
- Gather truck booking information from Products and Services teams.
- Plan and arrange daily and weekly trucking schedules.
- Process cargo consolidation and coordinate truck bookings with trucking service providers.
- Monitor truck planning, schedules, quotations, and operational data.
- Calculate trucking cost allocations for each product.
- Collect trucking invoices and prepare summary reports for Accounting.
Requirements
- University degree and at least 2 years of experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of transport operations and strong planning skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-minded, responsible, and detail-oriented approach.
- Good written and spoken English required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
