IM TH Deliver Operation Lead (Innovative Medicine)

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day 4PL operations across warehousing, distribution, customer service, inventory management, and inbound shipments.
• Manage 4PL service providers, customs brokers, and inbound, import, and export transportation suppliers.
• Monitor operational metrics, costs, service, quality, safety, contractual obligations, and issue resolution.
• Support SAP transactions, order processing, financial closing, inventory reconciliation, invoicing, payments, and reporting.
• Lead performance reviews, audits, corrective actions, continuous improvement, cost-saving initiatives, and NPI launch readiness.
• Manage and develop the Thailand Deliver Operations team while collaborating with regional and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of warehouse management experience and 2 or more years of people management experience.
• Strong experience in Deliver operations, problem solving, project management, supplier relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder influence.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English and Thai is required.
• Experience with MS Office, SAP, MS Visio, email, Outlook, and standard office tools.
