Run Plant Engineer (ACST)

What you will do

• Provide daily process, materials, and equipment engineering support for ACST cleans and slurry operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Monitor process performance, conduct SPC reviews, analyze production data, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Prepare and review batch records, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Lead root cause analysis, quality investigations, corrective actions, customer audits, and internal audits.
• Drive process improvements, equipment and raw material qualifications, product transfers, trial production, and production ramp-up activities.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, project teams, and regional engineering resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, specialty chemicals, semiconductor materials, or related industries.
• Knowledge of process safety, quality systems, manufacturing processes, statistical process control, and Management of Change.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Good English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; able to lead technical discussions and meetings with global teams.
